Liege Cargo Agency is committed to forwarding unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to the EU Data protection authorities.

Liege Cargo Agency cooperate with the appropriate EU Data Protection Authorities during investigation and resolution of complaints brought under Privacy Shield. These recourse mechanisms are available to you at no cost.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield Principals website https://www.privacyshield.gov, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
